To many, classical music is perceived as a stuffy and snooty affair BUT Quintroversy is changing this stigma one performance at a time! Get ready for a program of George Gershwin’s jazzy Rhapsody in Blue and the classic tale of Babar the Elephant with narrator Jacques Arsenault and music by Francis Poulenc.

Quintroversy was formed with the mission to introduce classical music to young people in a fun and open atmosphere. They have performed across Ontario for events such as the Children’s Festival at the Jane Mallet Theatre, lobby performances for the Toronto Symphony’s Young People’s Concerts at Roy Thomson Hall, and the McMichael Canadian Art Collection’s Family Day, in addition to touring in-school performances as artists with Prologue to the Performing Arts.
